How to download your Airbnb earnings CSV

- Sign in to Airbnb on a computer (the website gives the most options).
- Open Menu → Earnings (on some accounts: Account → Payments & payouts → Transaction history).
- Choose Paid (completed payouts) — or Upcoming for future stays — set the date range and listing filter, and use the download / Create report option to get a CSV.
Menu names change from time to time; Airbnb's help center has the current steps.
Which date range?
Lodgetally dates stays by check-in, but Airbnb filters by payout date. Use a range that starts a few days before your filing period and ends a few weeks after it, then set From / To in Lodgetally to your filing period.
The columns
- Date — when the line was paid out. Start date / End date / Nights — the stay.
- Type — Reservation, Payout, Adjustment, Resolution, Pass Through Tot, and so on.
- Amount — your earnings after host fee. Service fee — the host fee. Cleaning fee. Gross earnings — earnings before host fee.
- Occupancy taxes — tax Airbnb collected on the stay. Pass Through Tot rows — tax Airbnb collected and paid to you, so you remit it.
