Lodgetally is provided “as is”. It performs arithmetic on the files you provide using the rates and rules you choose. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not know your jurisdiction's rules. You are responsible for checking the results and for what you file.

Free plan

The free plan processes one file at a time for reports up to a limited number of reservations, for personal or business use.

Pro

Pro is licensed per person. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the 7-day pass expires after 7 days. Refunds are available within 14 days if Lodgetally can't read your platform's files.

Acceptable use

Only process files you are authorized to access. Don't resell or redistribute license keys.

Trademarks

Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and other names are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe file compatibility. Lodgetally is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them or by any tax authority.
